The Comprehensive Translation of "Dream of the Red Chamber" with Special Presentation at the Chinese Cultural Center

We are more than happy to invite you on September 25, 2019, at 6:30 pm to the presention of the comprehensive translation of Cáo Xuěqín's Dream of the Red Chamber at the Chinese Cultural Center in Sofia (77 GS Rakovski Str.).

The Bulgarian translation of the greatest Chinese novel has been published by Iztok-Zapad publishing house in a wonderful four-volume collection, each volume containing 30 chapters of the novel, or over 600 pages in one volume. It has been translated from 2012 to 2019 by Petko T. Hinov, who in 2015 received for his first volume the annual award of the Ministry of Culture "Hristo G. Danov", and in 2017 he was honored, together with Mr. Lyuben Kozarev, director of Iztok-Zapad publishing house, with the China Book Award for Special Contributions, by the People's Republic of China Media and Book Administration.
