Glenn Shepard

After completing his undergraduate work in management at Georgia Tech in 1985, Glenn immediately accepted a job offer with Cincinnati based Cintas, because of their highly regarded management training program and Wall Street performance.

In 1988, he purchased a small spinoff of Nashville based Datamarketing Network. In 1989 he brought in a venture capitalist and expanded operations into Memphis, and later into Birmingham, Cincinnati, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

He continued running his business by day while honing his speaking skills at night. He held his first seminar at the Nashville Convention Center in 1991, and in 1992 the University of Toledo became the first institution to host his seminar. By 1995, he had become so in demand on the speaking circuit that it took five full employees to keep him on the road. Today he is on the speaking circuit full time.

After self-publishing his first three books, he was signed by John Wiley & Sons in New York, the world’s largest business book publisher.
