Tsocho Vasilev Bilyarski is a Bulgarian historian.

He graduated from the Sofia State University, subject "History". Specialist in Chief Archives (1973–1978) and in the Central State Archives (1978–1986); Deputy Director (1986–1993) and Director in the Central State Archives (1993–1997) and Head of Sector in the Central State Archives (2000–2006). He was among the participants in the reconstruction of the Macedonian Research Institute on May 3, 1990. Tsocho Bilyarski is a former State Security agent.
