Rosen Lyutskanov

Rosen Lyutskanov graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He defended dissertation on logic at the Institute of Philosophical Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He has participated in collaborative research projects with scientific institutions from Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. He held introducing courses in logic at New Bulgarian University and at Plovdiv University. He is a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Society of Analytical Philosophy and the Editorial of the Balkan Journal of Philosophy. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Logical Systems and Models section of the Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is the author of a monograph (The Theorem of Incompleteness: Contexts of Interpretation, East-West, Sofia, 2008) and 40 articles. Scientific advisor to East-West publishing house and translator of popular science literature. His research interests are in the field of history and philosophy of logic and mathematics. Award winner of BAS "Prof. Marin Drinov" for a young scientist for 2008.
