Novel Omnibus Sarajevo by Velibor Čolić is a fictional story interwoven with many historical figures important for the Balkans. Describing the last moments of Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sofia, which makes the Sarajevo assassination a central event, the novel opens up an unusual story about the Austro-Hungarian soldier, the grandfather's grandfather and the "Bosniak Baron of Minhauzen", as well as the end of the decadence of the three empires-Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian and Russian. We get acquainted with real and fictitious biographies of daughters, architects and warriors, through which, through myths and legends, the stratification of incomprehensible historical events on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the beginning and during the 20th century is more closely reflected. As the author himself wrote: "This is just a fiction. I wanted to impose it on a true story because, in essence, every novel is true.
