Nikolay Slatinski

Nikolay Slatinski (1956) is a Doctor of Mathematics and a Professor of National and International Security and one of the leading Bulgarian specialists in the fields of security, defense, public order. He taught at BA "G. S. Rakovski, The University of National and World Economy, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and NBU. He has written 6 books and has dozens of scientific publications. He was a Member of the Grand National Assembly and the XXXVI National Assembly. He worked as Secretary of National Security for President Georgi Parvanov in the period 2002-2006.
