Dimitar Dimitrov

Dimitar Dimitrov graduated from Mathematics at the National Mathematical School and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ". He goes on an excursion to Italy with the intention of emigrating. He spent ten months in emigrant camps in Trieste and Latin, then went to work at the Bulgarian BBC section in London.
He creates the program "History and politics", which leads to the end of 2005. It is on a purely Bulgarian subject and includes numerous conversations with Bulgarians emigrated from communist Bulgaria. He is the author of the Soviet Bulgaria book, published in two parts, and a co-author in the BBC and Bulgaria collections. In 2002, Dimitrov received the big prize at Albena's "Silver Wave" radio festival for the World BBC broadcast Worldwide Program.
