The training manual consists of two parts. The first part reflects incomplete lectures on criminal law, which Prof. N. Filchev gives to law students. The author clarifies the theoretical issues through the principle judgments of the Supreme Court of Cassation in criminal matters on which he was the judge-rapporteur. The Lectures provide initial knowledge and aim to introduce students into criminal law and make it easier for them to study the textbook.
The second part contains separate lectures on fundamental issues of criminal law. Some lectures refer to classic concepts of criminal law - a public danger of the act, composition of the crime, complicity, punishment. Other lectures deal with current, modern criminal law issues - criminalization of acts, differentiation of criminal responsibility, method (form) of crime, criminal law institutes, the impact of organized crime on criminal law.
