It is established by the circle around "The Gathering of the Troubadours" magazine as a literary contest for short fiction stories. The contest is a creative competition that seeks the new, non-standard, non-traditional perspective, idea and way of expression. The genre is turned 100 percent to the inexhaustible human fantasy. In the first edition of the contest, 228 stories from dozens of settlements in the country were received.
