Yana Yazova (1912-1974) calls her novel Levski" my Bible. This novel is the main reason that she got killed; and then the original text was wiped out.
It was not until 1987 that the novel appeared again, thanks to a extant draft of the original, and became the greatest sensation of the 20th century. Yana Yazova presents Levski with such a thoroughness and completeness as only a few of the people who have met him alive, have experienced.
