Wang Yongbin was born in the epoch of Emperor Qianlong, the Qing Dynasty (1792). He is a man of letters of The Qing era, although he himself is simply called "a farmer who has learned to read". He has written dozens of books, including "Collection of eight genres from the mountainous area of Zhangjiakoui", "Short thoughts on the pronunciation and the meaning of the hieroglyphs", "Briefly about the six categories of hieroglyphs" and many others.
