To BOX NOW automatic machine – 1.66 € (3.24 BGN)

WHAT IS BOX NOW?

BOX NOW is a courier service through which packages are delivered to automatic postal stations (machines). BOX NOW machines are always located in convenient places in the city, accessible 24/7, and powered by their own solar panels.

More About Delivery to BOX NOW Machine:

  • When choosing delivery via BOX NOW machine, you can select a specific location from the list of machines or directly from the generated map (select your city to view the map with the addresses of machines in it).
  • You can change the address you’ve chosen by pressing the button again.
  • Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or debit/credit card.
  • To collect your order from a BOX NOW machine, you need to enter the PIN code you received from the provider by email, SMS, or Viber along with your order confirmation. After entering the PIN at the machine, the compartment containing your order will open automatically.

IMPORTANT:

  • With delivery to a BOX NOW machine, cash on delivery is not possible. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or debit/credit card.
  • You can pick up your package from the BOX NOW machine within 48 hours after confirmation that it has been delivered to the station. If you don’t pick it up within this period, the storage time will automatically be extended by another 48 hours.
  • The delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 working days after the package is handed over to BoxNow.
  • Access to your package in the BOX NOW machine is available 24/7 by entering the unique PIN code sent by email, SMS, or Viber once the package has been placed in the machine.
  • The maximum package size is up to 45x35x25 cm and up to 20 kg.
  • Payment by cash on delivery is made after receiving a payment link for card payment before collecting your package from the machine.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES:

  • You can choose the delivery method before finalizing your order.
  • To ensure accurate and timely processing of your order, please fill out the delivery form with precise information (name, address, postal code, phone number, etc.).
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delay by the courier, we are not responsible but will assist with tracking or claims if necessary.
  • The conditions described above do not apply to orders outside the territory of Bulgaria. For international deliveries, we use the services of "Bulgarian Posts," and we will contact you via email or phone to arrange the exact shipping cost and delivery timeline.

During promotional campaigns, delays in processing and shipping orders may occur.

Please note that every delivery with EKONT includes an option for "inspection."
