The Truth - from Philosophy to Law

Dr. Tsanka Ivanova graduated in Law and Philosophy at "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Veliko Tarnovo. She holds also a master degree in "International Relations and Law of the European Union" studied at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She had seventeen years work experience as a prosecutor.

She is author of the articles "Evidence in criminal proceedings and disclosure of objective truth", "Objective and judicial truth", "Systemic characteristics of law".

This book is an attempt to study the historical development of the philosophical category of truth and its relations with the relevant legal doctrines.
