Svetoslav Ribolov

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svetoslav Ribolov teaches Early Christian Literature (patristics) and Jewish Hellenistic Literature at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He has published four books and numerous articles in his field of science. He studied Classical Philology and Theology at the Sofia University and at the University of Thessaloniki. He has specialized in the Trinity College in Dublin and the East Church Institute in Regensburg; studied the Church-State Relationship in the United States at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Editor-in-chief of Forum Theologicum Sardicense and member of the publishing board of the International Journal of Orthodox Theology in Bamberg. He is a member of several international academic associations, and since 2017 he is the director of the Institute for the Study of Religious Freedom.
