Petar Volgin (born Petar Petrov Georgiev) is a Bulgarian journalist.
Born September 28, 1969, in Sofia. He is a graduate of the National School of Ancient Languages and Cultures "Constantine Cyril Philosopher". He graduated in Bulgarian Philology at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He became known for his radio broadcast "Without Control", which started on April 1, 1998, on the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR). His guests are famous people from the cultural elite of Bulgaria.
Recently, Volgin is part of the editorial staff of BNR's "12 + 3". He is the winner of the 2003 Sirak Radio Prize for Radio Journalism.
