Olivier Babeau

Olivier Babeau is a university professor and the founder and president of the Sapiens Institute, a think tank dedicated to examining the role of human beings in the emerging technological world. A frequent media commentator, he is the author of several books, including Le Nouveau Désordre numérique (2020), La tyrannie du divertissement (2023), L'ère de la flemme ("The Era of Laziness," 2025), and Ne faites plus d'études. Apprendre autrement à l'ère de l'IA—the latter translated into several languages and having sold 30,000 copies in France.
