Nikolai Nikolov

Nikolai Nikolov was born in Lovech. Master of Law at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski "(1995). Doctor of Law Sciences at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski "(2011). He has twenty years of legal practice, of which thirteen in the state administration. He has worked as a law clerk, a legal advisor to a municipality and commercial bank, a lawyer. Member of the Commission for the Establishment of Criminal Assets in its First Term (2005-2010). Member of the Commission for the Prevention and Conflict of Interests (since 2011). He has conducted training courses on civil confiscation and conflict of interest at the National Institute of Justice. Rapporteur at international scientific conferences. He has four monographs, the first of which is on the issue of conflict of interest in Bulgaria (2010), as well as forty scientific publications, including in the UK, on administrative and procedural issues, conflict of interest and civil confiscation.
