Georgi Karastoyanov is Associate Professor of Psychology (2002) at the Military Academy "G. S. Rakovski" and New Bulgarian University, Ph.D. in Psychology (Institute of Psychology, BAS, 1995). He has specialized in the USA (1998, 2001, 2003, 2006) and Germany (2005, 2006). He was a visiting lecturer at the University of Murcia, Spain (2001) and the University of Special Operations, Hurlletfield, Florida, USA (2006). He is the author of Stress and Military Environments (1996), Psychological Operations (2002) and Psychological Types of Carl Jung and the Stress (2000), co-authored by Antoinette Hristova. He has compiled seven collections and has written 62 articles.
