Darina Gerova

Darina Gerova was born in 1934 in Sofia, in a family of teachers. She graduated from the State University of Sofia in Journalism. From the 1960s to the 1990s she worked in the daily newspapers "Narodna Mladezh", "Otechestven Front" and "Trud". She has been realized mainly in their cultural departments with literary studies, testimonies and interviews, for which she received journalistic awards, the Cyril and Methodius First Degree and the title "Honored Curator". She is also a member of the Union of Bulgarian Writers. Author of short stories, including "Meetings" and "Lost Rain". Screenwriter of the film "Eve on the Third Floor".
