These projects are freedom. They exist not because a president of Republic desires to have them either a corporate boss or the mayor of a city. They are a pure demonstration of creativity. They are absolutely reckless. The world can live without the "The Umbrellas", without the "Valley Curtain", without the "Wrapped Reihstag"... They exist without any excuses, without moralizing! There exist to express this total freedom. Nobody can buy these projects. No one can sell tickets for them. Even me and Jean-Claude do not own them. These projects are free! That's why they are not permanent - because freedom is the enemy of possession, and the possession is the permanent one!
