(Un)usual Animals

It would be true to say that the animals and the correlation between them described in this book are unusual and unique, but I still think that this brackets are in the right place because everything that happens in the living nature is just part of the life of the planet Earth. The reader will meet scorpions, poisonous frogs, snails and octopuses, even poisonous birds, will get acquainted with the little-known aspects of parasitism, animals' love behavior, and cannibalism in the animal kingdom.

Maybe you think we know everything about the animal kingdom? Up to a certain point this is true, but not completely. In this book you will find so many facts exposed with astonishing competence and ease that the spirit of the explorer will awaken in each of you, and your admiration for the great miracle of life will gather strange forces.

And besides that this is a very small fraction of the great variety that nature created, and the man in his quest to discover and understand all the mysteries and phenomena that surround him may perhaps better understand himself because he is also a small piece from this mosaic called Universe.
