Bistra Boeva

Prof. Bistra Boeva holds a postdoctoral degree in International Business in addition to a Master’s degree in Law. She is a professor at the University for National and World Economy in Sofia but teaches courses in Corporate Governance in various institutions in both Bulgaria and abroad.
