The emergence of the Bulgarian oligarchs was linked to a party-controlled functionaries at the end of the 1980s. That was the process of mastering structural branches of service representatives - the party and the Komsomol apparatus. The oligarchy, which has tightened Bulgaria's iron grip, today seems to be a major problem for our future. They will not stand with their arms folded, and according to Bismarck's famous principle, they will rather try to master the dissatisfaction towards themselves rather than let it be their downfall.
This book is the second in the series "Transition. Behind the Scenes" by Anton Todorov.
