The great philosopher, Aristotle, does not see in democracy the society that many nations dream of. Democracy as a form of state apparatus is always taken for granted, as a society in which justice and equality are normal. However, in democracy he saw conditions for corruption and enrichment of few. Seeing the shortcomings of democracy in his time is a great thing. Indeed, democracy has its shortcomings. It is the most refined dictatorship. According to Aristotle, the best political system is polity (mixture of oligarchy and democracy), because it is in favor of all (Athens polity).
