Description

Theater and cinema are two different form of art. Although - at least in our country - many of the actors are familiar to the audience mainly from the TV screen, many of them have started their professional career in the theater, where many continue to work today. However different in terms of acting, the two forms of art still have similarities. One of the founders of the theater award "Askeer" - the theatrical and cinema actor, director and lecturer at NATFA Ivaylo Hristov, clarifies the main differences in the way in which an image in the theater and an image in the cinema is built, in the book "The Actor in Cinema". The author provides valuable insights and explains to future professionals how to develop and use their acting abilities in front of a camera, taking into account the specifics of the shooting process.
