Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions

Returned books must be in their original condition – without signs of use, with intact packaging and all accompanying documents (waybill, invoice, receipt).

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The merchant reserves the right to refuse a return or to request compensation in case of damage or reduced commercial value of the product.

Delivery Claims

For courier deliveries with the “inspection” option, claims for damage or discrepancy can only be made at the time of receipt, at the courier’s office or upon delivery to the address.

For deliveries to a courier parcel locker, the customer does not have the option to inspect the shipment. In case of visible damage or missing items, the customer must immediately notify the merchant and provide photographic evidence. Claims for transport damage are reviewed individually and depend on the evidence provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of electronic books once access has been granted with the customer’s consent.
