This training course covers the classical and new problems of Philosophy of Law. As a result, three separate sections were formed. The first is devoted to the Methodology of Jurisprudence. The second covers Axiology of Law. The third relates to the causal dependencies of law.
From a didactic point of view, the aim was to achieve certain results with the training course. For example, in exposing questions of a positive nature, the endeavor was to set an example of how scientific truths should be proved.
Citing comparatively extensive literature aims to gain an idea of the breadth of the issues presented. In presenting the issues at stake, the aim was to enable students to make their own decisions about them.
The current critique of the legislation seeks to form evaluative thinking that stems from the very essence of the Axiology of Law as a critique of law.
