BRICS is the acronym for an association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. They want to end the world-dominated political system, dominated by the United States.
The world is changing with the speed of the innovations in the technical field. The established financial order and the use of dollar as a reserve currency impedes the development of BRICS. They want the yuan and the ruble to be used on a par with dollars in world trade. The severity of the five countries in the world economy" is growing, and their economic success is pushing them into an increasingly active role at the UN, IMF, WB, WTO. They want these organizations to be reformed and the participation in them to increase. BRICS insists that decisions of the world economy should be decentralized, rather than dictated by a single state - the United States.
We are witnessing a historic geopolitical change - the foundations of the old rulers are shaken, and the new powers have not yet fully unveiled their potential.
