The book Bulgarian Transcription of English Names" has a scientifically applied character and is divided into two parts.
In the first, theoretical part, in broad linguistic terms, are considered different aspects of the comparative phonology of the two languages, the phonetic interference of the ratio of normative, theory and social practice, as well as other factors related to the culture of bilingualism.
The second part, the practical part, is a Bulgarian spelling and reference book of the English names included. The term "English" is interpreted in a broad sense, including any British, American, Australian, Canadian, Scottish, Irish and other names.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers: students from ordinary and language schools, English language students and other specialties, linguists, translators, editors, journalists, guides, actors, speakers on radio and television, lecturers and all other people working with English or working with Bulgarian, but must write and speak English names.
